Ginn Interiors Studio is the in-house conceptual Interior Design Division of Ginn Development Company, LLC. This talented and diverse award-winning staff is involved in creating the conceptual images from concept to grand opening, to create the vision behind our exciting communities.
We design beautiful furnishing packages for all resort common areas as well as most condominium neighborhoods. These residence packages generally include all furniture, window treatments, custom bedding, decorative lighting, electronics, artwork, accessories and housewares, created with a residential ambiance and suitable for a hospitality environment. Our primary goal is to offer a unique look at an outstanding value enabling our owners to place their home into the rental program with ease.
