Yes. Both the Ocean Course and Conservatory Course are private and available only to hotel guests or members.
Yes. All groups of 12+ players are paired with a golf concierge who assists with planning and timelines, golf genius to help manage your groups scoring and pairings through the mobile app, on-course instruction/activations (e.g. Beat the Pro, Skills stations), and food & beverage functions from breakfast-at-staging to awards receptions.
Many groups rotate - Ocean Course day one, Conservatory day two - so every guest enjoys both a coastal test and the Conservatory's links inspired course experience. Your sales manager will tailor the sequence to your agenda, skill max, and daylight.

It's a short, easy transfer from the main resort. We cancoordinate shuttles or staging so your start stays on schedule.
Traditional golf attire is required (collared shirts, golf shorts/pants). Premium rental sets and balls are available by advance request - just share dexterity and quantities. Rental clubs are Callaway Elyte Drive, Fairway Woods and Irons. $85 plus tax.
Safety and course conditions come first. We will communicate delays, cart-path-only restrictions, or adjustments. If severe weather interrupts play, we will work with you on fair accommodations based on holes completed.
