Fitness At Hammock Beach

Featuring state-of-the-art equipment with both cardio and weight training. Take a spin on one of the newest Peloton bikes. Elliptical machines feature a built-in TV screen. Hammock Beach Golf Resort & Spa offers regular classes in everything from spinning and aerobics to yoga and pilates, with a professional wellness counselor on staff. Must be at least 16 years of age.

To accommodate installation, our fitness centers will temporarily close on the following dates:

We offer private personal training with one-on-one instruction, giving you the expert guidance you need to reach your healthy lifestyle goals. Our certified personal trainers are patient and passionate about helping guide you in the right direction to become a healthier version of you.

    Rules & Guidelines

    Please help us to maintain a safe gym.
    • Members and guests under the age of 16 are not permitted to use the facilities.
    • Consult your physician before starting any exercise program.
    • Help maintain a healthy, safe environment by following the dress code.
      • Wear apparel that covers the abdomen, chest and gluteal fold (no sports bras.)
      • Athletic shoes only (no flip-flops or bare feet.)

    Group Fitness Classes

    At Hammock Beach Golf Resort & Spa, wellness isn’t one-size-fits-all—it’s an experience tailored to you. Each week, guests and members can choose from a dynamic range of 50+ fitness classes designed to inspire movement, mindfulness, and balance. No matter your pace or preference, our schedule makes it easy to embrace wellness, your way.
